A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services.
The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival in Nepal.
For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of arrival), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (SWIFT) or credit card. Please note that bank charges and credit card service fees are borne by the client/agency.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before arrival: 80% refund of the total trip cost (excluding bank charges).
15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
Within 14 days of arrival: No refund will be provided.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be applicable.
Certain services (such as flight tickets, special permits, or hotel bookings) may be non-refundable, depending on third-party supplier policies.
Important: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after official cancellation notice.
Additional Notes
The Nepal DMC reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not received on time.
Any changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur additional costs.
