Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

  • A 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services.
  • The remaining balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival in Nepal.
  • For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of arrival), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer (SWIFT) or credit card. Please note that bank charges and credit card service fees are borne by the client/agency.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 80% refund of the total trip cost (excluding bank charges).
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Within 14 days of arrival: No refund will be provided.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be applicable.
  • Certain services (such as flight tickets, special permits, or hotel bookings) may be non-refundable, depending on third-party supplier policies.
Important: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days after official cancellation notice.

Additional Notes

  • The Nepal DMC reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not received on time.
  • Any changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur additional costs.
